About Men at Work

Men at Work follows the misadventures of four buddies who work together at a magazine. Danny Masterson plays the recently dumped Milo, whose friends are determined to help get back in the game. James Lesure is Gibbs, a photographer and successful ladies man. Michael Cassidy plays Tyler, a features writer who brings a dose of style and sophistication to the group. Adam Busch is Neal, a somewhat nebbish reporter and the only one in the group with a steady girlfriend. Together, the four serve as each other’s wingmen as they help each other navigate work, friendship and women. Men at Work premiered on TBS on 24th May 2012 with pilot and episode 2 back to back. Title as well as series intro picture show suggests some heavy machinery,  factory or building site working men though it is far from a hard work – in the first two episodes actually hardly any work at all. The show main focus is on relationship between the characters (all men) and their dynamics. Although the dialogs are quite funny as the characters themselves, the Men at Work seem to be quite static with only few different sets like caffeteria, office, home or bar. Very light humor with some sexual references that is easy to take and watch.
